CONVERSATIONS FOR PEACE AUGUST 9, 2026 at 3-4pm ESTIn keeping with Peaceful Tomorrow's guiding principle of nonviolence for 25 years, we present four champions of peacemaking. The purpose of this webinar is to discuss civil resistance and strategic nonviolence in the current geopolitical climate. Specific examples of the use of creativity will be discussed as well as the importance of building strategies that promote both resilience and hope. The webinar will be moderated by William V. Hudon, retired Professor of History and current Chair of the "Friends of Peaceful Tomorrows." |
SPEAKER: Prof. Mazin Qumsiyeh is founder and volunteer director of the Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability, Bethlehem University. Qumsiyeh's many publications include the books “Sharing the Land of Canaan” and “Popular Resistance in Palestine”. Prof. Qumsiyeh has taught at several U.S. universities including Tennessee, Duke and Yale. In addition, he served on the board of eleven human rights advocacy organizations. In 2025 he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. |
SPEAKER: Rivera Sun has written numerous books and novels, including The Dandelion Insurrection and the award-winning Ari Ara Series. She is the editor of Nonviolence News and the Program Coordinator for Campaign Nonviolence. Her articles are syndicated by Peace Voice and published in hundreds of journals nationwide. Rivera Sun serves on the board of Backbone Campaign and the advisory board of World BEYOND War. |
SPEAKER: Anna Zaros currently works for Nonviolent Peaceforce. She holds a Masters in International Peace Studies and has worked internationally with peace building organizations as well as a case worker for victims and survivors of sex trafficking in Minnesota. |

I tried Lottery 7 doing a small withdrawal just to understand the process, and it was completed on the same day through UPI. Just wanted to confirm if the timing is always similar for everyone or if it depends on the amount and verification. I usually prefer keeping deposits low until I understand how everything works properly
